Job Opportunity - Product Manager

About Fellow Traveller Games
Fellow Traveller is an indie game publishing label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of storytelling in games. We champion developers who create unique, narrative-driven experiences that challenge conventions and explore bold, thought-provoking themes.
Since our founding in 2011, we’ve partnered with visionary creators to bring distinctive, story-rich games to players worldwide. From experimental indie gems to award-winning interactive narratives, we seek out games that inspire, provoke, and leave a lasting impact.
As one of the first indie publishers, we remain truly independent and privately owned by our founders. Despite our small size, we have a strong track record of publishing some of the most critically acclaimed indie games of the last 10 years including Citizen Sleeper, Paradise Killer, Hacknet, Orwell and 1000xRESIST.
We operate remotely with a culture of trust, flexibility, and collaboration. We believe in fostering a sustainable, supportive environment where creativity thrives, and we’re always looking for new ways to innovate in the indie games space.

Embracing our values
Ownership of our success - we first look to what is in our power to control and what actions we can take. We treat problems as challenges to be overcome rather than excuses for failure. If something goes wrong, we look first to what we could have done differently ourselves rather than blaming others.
Spirit of Generosity - we assume the best of others and take into account the goals and situation of our partners. Wherever possible we strive for a win-win outcome.
Win or lose as a team - all success is the result of a team effort and everyone’s role is important whether it’s coming up with the idea for a trailer or calculating the royalties.
Hungry to Learn - we are always hungry to learn and teach ourselves anything we need to know rather than expect someone else to hand it to us on a plate.
Focus on the Future - we look back at what went right or wrong through the lens of doing better in the future rather than allotting or avoiding blame.
Remarkable Work - we’re interested in taking swings on exciting and interesting games and developers and trying new things. Some will hit and some will miss but the important thing is to do something interesting, something worth talking about.
